AVOID ARCADE ("the app", "we") is published by toyu.works. The app is free, contains no ads, and collects no personal data. This policy explains what is and isn't collected when you play.
What we collect ourselves
Nothing personal. The app has no accounts and never asks for your name, email, or contacts. Your game progress, high scores, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Third-party services
The app uses one third-party service, which processes data under its own privacy policy:
If you use leaderboards, your score and Game Center identity are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.
Ads & tracking
AVOID ARCADE contains no ads and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not request tracking permission.
Children
AVOID ARCADE is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention & deletion
Local game data is removed when you delete the app. For data held by the third parties above, refer to their policies or your device's privacy settings.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
